Yes, you definitely could bake it for about 15 minutes and then broil for about 3-4 minutes to give it that nice glazed topping.

Normally, I avoid leaving reviews when I have made substitutions, but I would like readers to know how flexible this recipe is. I substituted Prosecco for sake and only had red miso paste and I ended up cooking it almost 24 hours after I put it in the marinade ( I flipped the fish twice). It was DELICIOUS!
