I make this marinade all the time! The only thing I changed is that I buy Carne Picada at Aldi, and make the meat in my instant pot. It comes out perfect every time, and I can make it when the weather isn’t good enough to grill. I also top it with a red cabbage, cilantro and lime slaw. I have had so many people ask me for this recipe after I’ve made it for them! Thank you for this recipe!

I think that would be delicious! As with any fish be sure to keep the marinating time down. I would suggest no longer than 1 hour. Let us know how it turns out!
